After you approve the draft and choose a package, typical delivery is 2–4 weeks depending on the package scope and how quickly you provide content.
All packages include fast, secure hosting and a support period ranging from 1 month (Starter) to 6 months (Premium). Ongoing care plans are available after that.
Starter covers a clean, professional one-to-three page site. Professional adds more pages, a booking system and online payments. Premium includes advanced features, a live chatbot and 6 months of support.
Yes. Booking and online payments are included on Professional and Premium, and a live AI chatbot is available on Professional and Premium. You can also request extra services — new logo, pictures, video, price list, or social page setup — as paid add-ons charged at full balance.
You can upload your existing logo, business pictures, video and price list in the brief. If you do not have them, we can create or redesign them for you as optional add-ons. The more you share, the closer the draft lands to your brand.
Absolutely. Every site we build is fully responsive — it looks and works beautifully on phones, tablets and desktops. Most of your visitors will find you on mobile, so we design for that first.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The £1 draft deposit is a card check and is fully refundable if you do not approve the draft. The remaining balance is only due once you approve the draft and is paid from your project dashboard.
All WEBSOS websites are built and hosted on the Base44 platform, which powers the database, hosting and core functionality. To keep your site live and supported, it continues to run through Base44 for the lifetime of the site.
Once your balance is paid, we publish your site live. You then enter your included support period, during which we handle fixes and answer questions. After that, you can continue on an ongoing care plan so your site stays updated and secure.
